Use
the Load Image toolbar button or drag and drop the image file onto Fizznotes.

Double click left mouse button onto image. Left click on balloon or anchor to
move it. Left click and drag balloon corners to resize.

Double click left mouse button in a
balloon title or balloon body to edit text. Click outside the balloon to stop editing.

Save toolbar button to bring up the save dialog. Pull down 'Save as
type' to select file format.

Ctrl+C to copy frame image to clipboard. Switch to your target application and
use Ctrl+V or Paste.
